Finances:

CUT BACK HOMEGIRL! You've got to chill on the eating out. Meal prep, take your lunch.

Budget debit! Write down ALL of your debit and pay off reasonable amounts.

Track spending, YOU MIGHT NEED TO STAY OUT OF TARGET!

Listen to a podcast and/ or read a book about budgeting, healthy spending habits, and/or credit.

Spring cleaning:

Bedroom:

get rid of one clothing item not worn in the past 6 months a day (sale/ goodwill/ give to friend)

get rid of broken jewelry, unmatching earrings

Bathroom:

get rid of old makeup, dried up nail polish, and old toiletries

Kitchen:

get rid of old tupperware , clean out fridge, and those kitchen drawers

Office:

shred old receipts and clean out desk

Emotional:

Create a 3 to 5 affirmation mantra. Place mantra on bathroom mirror, and repeat every day for the next 21 days. (It takes 21 days to break a habit, breaking the habit of self doubt.)

Journal daily.

Finish She's Still There

Physical:

add a new class to the schedule (4 classes a week)

eat breakfast EVERYDAY
